Everything you need to order from Inamia, from browsing to delivery.
1. Browse or search for books
Use the navigation menu (Dars-e-Nizami, Quran, Surah / Qaida, Para Set, Wazaif, Jayenamaz, Accessories and more) or the search box at the top. Each book card shows its price and collection. Click a book to open its detail view.
2. Add books to your cart
Press “Add to Cart” on the books you want. Open the cart from the header (the bag icon) to review quantities and the running total.
3. Checkout
At checkout enter your name, phone and delivery address, then choose a payment method: Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or Meezan Bank transfer. Delivery is free on orders of ₨ 10,000 or more; below that a ₨ 250 delivery charge applies. Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
4. Paying online & sending proof
For JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer, pay to the account shown (the amount equals your order total, excluding delivery). Then send the payment screenshot — either through the WhatsApp confirmation on the success page, or in the chat assistant — so our team can verify and confirm your order.
5. Track your order
Open the “Track Order” page from the menu or from the confirmation screen, enter your Order ID (it starts with INM-, e.g. INM-10234-A1B) and view live status: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered. You will also receive WhatsApp updates from our team.
6. Payment notifications
When you allow browser notifications, the site will notify you the moment your payment is confirmed and when your order ships — no need to keep refreshing.
7. Get help
